I come in and check that everyone is here and that all the food I ordered has come in. It is important to make sure we have everything in place for our parties: food, staffing, etc. We check our daily production items, help with the lunch rush and on to party prep. I must attend daily and weekly meetings, do all the ordering, scheduling and most important keep up with daily sanitation needs. |
